In less than 40 days this country will have what I consider to be the most important election of our lifetimes. You may have already made up your mind to vote for Mitt Romney, but many Georgians have not. In these last critical days, the Georgia Republican Party must ensure that we have the funds to carry out a comprehensive get out the vote effort, across all of our 159 counties.

I cannot stress this enough…Georgia cannot be taken for granted. McCain won with only 52% of the vote in 2008, the Obama campaign has a full-time field office here, and yet we are being largely ignored nationally. What makes this siutation even more threatening is that funds raised by other groups within our state are being farmed out to states that are considered to be in more jeopardy. I refuse to stand aside and watch Georgia go blue for the sake of other states going red!
