Federal law requires political committees to use our best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200.00 in a calendar year. State law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of any person making a contribution of $101.00 or more in an election cycle. Individual contributions not exceeding federal limits will be deposited in the Georgia Republican Party federal account. Corporate contributions will be deposited in the Georgia Republican Party non-federal state account. Contributions to the Georgia Republican Party federal account are limited to $10,000 per individual and $5,000 per multi-candidate PAC per calendar year. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. A copy of our report is available from the Federal Election Commission in Washington, DC and from the Georgia Campaign Finance Commission in Atlanta, Georgia. All solicitations of funds in connection with this event are by the Georgia Republican Party and not by any federal candidate.
