GAGOP Chairman Everhart Statement on Georgia’s Republican Primary Elections

ATLANTA – This evening, Georgia Republican Party Chairman Sue P. Everhart released the following statement regarding Georgia’s Republican primary elections:

“I would like to congratulate our Party’s candidates on their strong showings in today’s Republican primary elections across the state. As a result of these elections, the Georgia Republican Party will enter November’s general election with one of the strongest slates of candidates from the top of the ticket to the very bottom that our Party has ever seen.

“Today, it is clear that the Georgia Republican Party is confidently positioned to protect and grow our majorities in Georgia’s Congressional Delegation, the State Senate and House of Representatives and all across the many counties, districts and municipalities throughout our state.
